Mastermind is awesome because of free gift wrapping and the toys the kids can play with in the store give me a great "after we get (select one or several of) your haircut/pick up what we need from store X/return item Y...we can go play at the toy store for a while" negotiation tool.

I love the helpful staff at Mastermind! Every time I have rushed into the Mastermind shops on Mt. Pleasant Road or Yonge Street in Toronto I have had friendly staff greet me and then quickly direct me to a toy that turns out to be a perfect high-quality gift! I appreciate the free gift wrapping and that they now have gift receipts (for my peace of mind)!

Mastermind has customer washrooms! I think that every time that I have dared to take my kids with me to Mastermind (I always end up being convinced to purchase them a new toy) we have appreciated the convenient washrooms!

I like how the Mastermind customers are directed to line up in one line for the checkout and then as cashiers become available the line moves up. I don't have to worry about choosing which cashier I should line up for or about my line karma that day! The line usually moves quickly since there are often many staff working behind the cash and wrapping gifts.

I loved that Mastermind Toys provides videos of people playing with the toys, you really get a sense of how it would be to play with them yourself. Also the Zero Gravity laser car looks cool!

So many things I love about Mastermind! I love that they wrap presents for free. I love that they have cool toys you can't get anywhere else. I love that a lot of their toys require imagination. And I especially love being on their email list to get special deals :)

I love this toy. Don't know if my children would get an opportunity to play with it because I'd be on it all the time :)

What I love about Mastermind is the quality of toys they have, not a lot of junky break-at-first-use things there and you can find classic standbys lilke spinning tops and wooden blocks.

I like that this weekend a trip to Mastermind reminded me how wonderful my youngest son is and how he is growing up so fast (and into such a nice boy!)...we went to play for "just 10 minutes and we are not buying anything"...and he played nicely, sharing with the other kids, and he left after 10 minutes, no hassle, no arguing, no pleading to stay...I think he may even have left the train table before I told him it was time...it was a wonderful moment for me!
