Parent Club Giveaway: WIN "E is for Ethics"

I would love to win a copy of this book as I'm currently teaching my 4 year old about morals, ethics, and about being nice to people. Starting inside the home - he is sometimes pushy with his brother and I'm trying to teach him about not hitting, or grabbing, to ask for things nicely, to treat others like we want to be treated, etc.

I love books, so I was intrigued by this book. I went to the website and now I am very interested! Just yesterday I was reminding my eldest child, as he spoke to the younger sibling..."If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Does that count?!

I try to teach them about respect and treating others. When they fight i ask them questions like, how would you feel if.....

I am trying to teach my 7 yr old about truth telling. If i catch her in a lie, then i make her explain why it's not good to lie. I have told her about the boy that cried wolf. vivaglampink@yahoo.ca

Today I reminded my kids...
"Do unto others as you would have done unto you." My family does not go to church, but sometimes I wish they were getting more values and moral education at school. I'm not convinced the teachers have much time to teach the Character Education program effectively in the TDSB schools.
