Parent Club Review: Procter & Gamble (1 of 2)

Parent Club was asked to review a plethora of Procter & Gamble products designed to make family life cleaner and easier. Cleaner? Easier? Sign us up!

Swiffer Wet Jet.
This all-in-one-power mop sprays, cleans, scrubs and traps dirt. (Batteries and people are required). This light-weight tool was preferable to hauling the mop & bucket up from the basement. It easily navigated corners. Swiffer WetJet is safe on wood & laminate, ceramic tile, marble, stone and linoleum. The Parent Club panel tested Swiffer on three of those surfaces with great result.

The down-side to the Swiffer is that the kids will want a turn.
Febreze candle (apple spice & delight) Oh, they had us at candle! Lasting up to 30 hours this candle eliminates odours and freshens. Parent Club tested it under heavy conditions: smelly fish night. The candle eliminated the fish odour and left a pleasant lingering spice smell. A very comforting and warming fragrance for cold winter nights. This was a Parent Club test panel favourite!

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mr. Clean is a good go-to cleaner for kitchens and bathrooms. This is a useful product come spring time for the spring clean of the outside play sets.


Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes with Febreze
Easy. Accessible. Effective. These wipes are fantastic for quick kitchen and bathroom counter top clean ups (think: before the neighbours come for dinner). Also, great for the disinfecting the microwave. The lavender vanilla Febreze freshness left a nice fragrance after the cleaning. This was the most-used product of the Parent Club test panel.
